Screen Solar Energy Anti-corrosive Coating
1). Description of product:
HC screen solar energy anti-corrosive coating is composed
of weatherproof synthetic resin, solar energy separator
and auxiliary, etc. As a physical drying filming mono-component
coating, the coat film is lower in absorbing solar energy
and higher in heat discharge. The coat film is water
repellent, and lower in steam and oxygen permeability,
possesses excellent properties of waterproof, weatherproof
and antichemicals, and well durability.
2). Designed usage:
The coating is used for outer anti-corrosion of liquefied
gas and product oil tank. It could screen solar energy,
notably reducing the speed of tank's temperature-rise
due to sunlight, so the goal to cool down in summer,
reduce oil/gas evaporating loss, and to be stored and
transported safely is attained. When the house is coated,
it absorb few solar energy, the room temperature is
decreased.
The applying temperature: -40≧ ~ 100≧.

☆ The test sample coats are complex coats of primer
plus finish, the thickness −200μm.
4). Instruction for application:
4.1 Application condition: The applying is not effected
by seasons, the relative humidity lower than 75 %. But
work should be stopped when it rains, snows or it's
foggy.
4.2 Surface treatment: for new steel structure, shot
blasting to Grade Sa 2.5; for maintenance painting,
rust is removed mechanically to Grade St3, clear away
dust, iron chippings and greasy dirt after surface treatment,
then paint in eight hours. The concrete surface should
be coated only after the clearance of feculence and
fully air-drying.
4.3 Applying method: Brush painting or spraying, the
coating should be fully agitated before applying.
4.4 Repainting interval: −6 hours.

4.6 Thinner: The coating is used blending with thinner
X-01A. The additive dosage of thinner is about 5 % of
coating. In winter viscosity increases due to the cold
weather, the dosage is about
10 %~20 % of coating consumption.
5). Packing, storage and transportation:
Packed and sealed in iron drum, the net weight is 20
kg\0.2 kg,Be stored in shady, cool, dry and well ventilated
place, away from hot resource. Preventing raining and
solarization in transportation, and should be in accord
with standards of traffic department.
6). Storage period: The effective storage period at
normal temperature is one year from the date of production.
7). Points for attention:
1. Fire is strictly prohibited on job-site, fire fighting
tools should be seated at convenient site.
2. When lighting is needed at job-site, low-voltage
power (12volt) should be employed.
3. Efficient ventilating and air exhausting is necessary
at job-site.
4. The operator, when in bad ventilating work-site,
should wear gas mask, and under the protection of special
persons. If headache, heart-throb or nausea happens,
leave the work-site immediately, take rest on well ventilated
spot.
