1). Description of product:
The coating is a dual component coating composed of epoxy resin, multi isocyanic ester addition compound, tailor-made light-colour electric fillings, auxiliary and mixing solvent, etc., possessing both epoxy resin and polyurethane properties. The resistivity is according with standards of GB13348-92.
This coating resin has excellent adhesion and protection to light-colour electric fillings, anti- pervasion, slippery paint film, anti-wear and don't pollute oil product.
It could not only effectively prevent fire caused by static electricity, but also possesses excellent oilproof and anti-chemicals (such as acid, base and salt, etc.) properties.
2). Designed usage: Inner anti-corrosive coating for aviation kerosene, petrol and other military, and civil product oil tanks, as well as relevant facilities.

※ The test sample coats are complex coats of primer plus finish, the thickness ≥200μm.
4). Instruction for application:
4.1 Application condition: Ambient temperature is not below -5℃, the relative humidity of air is not higher than 75 %. But work should be stopped when it rains, snows or it's foggy.
4.2 Surface treatment: for new steel structure, shotblasting to Grade Sa2.5; for maintenance painting, rust is removed mechanically to Grade St3 (with-rust primer is recommended), clear away dust, iron chippings and greasy dirt after surface treatment, and then paint in eight hours.
4.3 Applying method: Brush or roll painting manually, and air or airless spray-painting as well.
4.4 Blending of coating: Mix component A with component B in proportion, fully agitated, aging
for 30 minutes at air temperature of 25℃~35℃ before it is used. To prolong the aging time if it is below 25℃. Entering of water is strictly forbidden during blending and brush painting.
4.5 Recommended applying scheme: primer: 2 paths, theory consumption: 0.3 kg/m2 ; finish: 2~3 paths, theory consumption: 0.3 kg/m2~0.45 kg/m2. Total thickness of coat after drying is large than
≥160μm ~200μm.
4.6 Repainting interval: shortest: 6 hours; longest: 24 hours.
4.7 Usable life of coating: use up in 4 hours at air temperature of 25℃; reduce usable life when air temperature is above 25℃, and increase usable life when air temperature is below 25℃.
4.8 Servicing duration: it should be no less than 10 days when ambient temperature is not below 25℃(the tank could be packed with oil only after above 10 days from the date of painting).
4.9 Thinner: The coating is used blending with thinner X-02A. The consumption of thinner is about 5 % of coating. In winter viscosity increases due to the cold weather, the additive dosage is about
10 %~20 % of coating consumption.
5). Packing, storage and transportation:
Packed and sealed in iron drum, the net weight per drum for component A is 20 kg±0.2 kg, component B is 7.0 kg±0.5 kg(variation of consumption depends on seasons ).
Be stored in shady, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from fire and hot resources, and avoid dropping in water. Preventing raining and solarization in transportation, and should be in accord with standards of traffic department.
Upon the base of above condition and at normal temperature, the effective storage period is one year from the date of production.
6). Points for attention:
1. Fire is strictly prohibited on job-site, fire fighting tools should be seated at convenient site.
2. Good lighting is needed at job-site. When operation in the equipment, low-voltage power (12 volt) should be employed.
3. When in bad ventilating work-site(such as: in the tank or in basement), efficient ventilating and air exhausting is necessary on the spot. The operator should wear gas mask, and under the protection of special persons.
4. If headache, heart-throb or nausea happens, the operator should leave the work-site immediately, and take rest on well ventilated spot.
